Easy breakfast protein pancake

For one person

1  egg (5 grams of protein, 70 calories)
1 scoop of Herbalife protein powder (5 grams of protein, 23 calories)
1 table spoon of acai powder (I've also used cranberry and blueberry powder, but acai tastes better)

Mix well!

Before throwing all this on the pan, add some blueberries and sliced strawberries,they can be fresh, dried, frozen, whatever, all works.

Cook like any regular pancake, slice some banana to go with it and enjoy!

This delicious pancake is perfect for losing weight and dieting, since it only has around 100 kcal but 10 grams of protein and it's rich with vitamins and antioxidants
