1 egg (5 grams of protein, 70 calories)
1 scoop of Herbalife protein powder (5 grams of protein, 23 calories)
1 table spoon of acai powder (I've also used cranberry and blueberry powder, but acai tastes better)
Before throwing all this on the pan, add some blueberries and sliced strawberries,they can be fresh, dried, frozen, whatever, all works.
